Many of you know me as your Weight Watcher leader. I have been working for Weight Watchers for almost 8 years, having lost 80 lbs and maintained that loss for more than 10 years. During this time I have found there are certain foods which are life savers for me, certain habits I have developed, ways of eating out, or being consistant in my behaviors to maintain this loss. I can teach you these methods so that you can lose the weight you desire and
keep it off.
This is a short-term (4-6 sessions), external "fix", and can be a very valuable education for many people, but for those of you who already know what to do, but are not doing it,
Lifecoaching is a more appropriate place to explore the challenges you face on this journey.
SESSION #1
The first session we explore your personal eating challenges. Are you a binge eater? Do you crave food at certain times? What are your favorite foods? We make a plan for dealing with all of this in this session.
SESSION #2
Session #2 is most people's favorite because we go shopping together. We will go to Trader Joe's and another grocery store of your choosing, and shop for foods together. I will show you a vast array of delicious, low calorie, low fat foods, and give you some great cooking ideas.
SESSION #3
In this session we will go out to eat together. You pick the restaurant, and we will enjoy a meal, as well as peruse many menus I will bring with me, to evaluate what are the wisest choices for each of these types of restaurants.
SESSION #4
In session 4 we cook together. I come to your house (or we can cook in my little office kitchen) and make a meal based on the types of foods you cook for you and your family. I will show you helpful methods for saving calories and fat, and increasing the healthiness of the foods you prepare.
In some cases one or two more sessions are valuable to cement some of the learning, or to bring in some coaching to the mix. |
